They are cheaters, they call us every other day and cox us to pay and join as member but, they won't respect our preferences, last year without knowing their policy I just created my sons profile. But I haven't received ant responses. Now after a year after seeing some brides profile I answered one call and I asked them that I want only to register in my community matrimonial, the person called me misguide me that all telugu and devanga matrimony is one and the same and made me to join as paid member. After joining only I came to know that when we register in one matrimony, it will not show in another, when I complained about this nobody cares, they say they will answer in 48 hrs now it has been a week but they only suggest me take assistant by paying again 7000/- so that the assistance will help to get bride contact from other matrimony also. So they want us to give them money for the mistake made by their staff. One of the worst ever experience for me please anyboadybwant to register kindly go for some other sites don' ever go fo for bharat matrimony

In summary, I would not recommend Bharat Matrimony to a friend.

I had advertised for my doctor son in Pujabimatrimony. In the first month or two I got a lot of matches, but the remaining 4-5 months were literally barren. After about 3 months I started getting mails from Khatrimatrimony, which I had never registered with. A gentleman started calling me to subscribe to this site. Soon thereafter, a lady from Elitematrimony started calling me to subscribe to her site. I was puzzled, for I had not contacted either of them. It was then that I realised that both these sites were being operated by Bharatmatrimony and were trying to encash on my frustration at not getting any matches from Punjabimatrimony. This was an attempt to trap an unsuspecting client and rob him through different faces of the same organisation by deliberately generating a sense of frustration in him.

I have also registered at Jeevansathi, but have no complaints against them. They have been sending me matches regularly. Incidentally, my son's profile and the desired partner profile were the same on both the sites.

If Bharatmatrimony says that it does not have enough doctor matches for my son, then how does Jeevansathi have them? Then evidently, Jeevansathi is a better site.

In summary, I would not recommend Bharat Matrimony to a friend.

If you have profile in Bharamatrimony you cannot set option to marry people from Same Gotra.
Their system is built such that you cannot set preference to marry person from your own Gotra and they will be filtered out.

It is not a feature but a mandatory option that will not be edited.

When I discussed with their customer support, the supervisor openly accepted that they are happy to enforce such changes and you can approach legal options or or get out of their service.

An excellent service with Audacity as they have he maximum reach in south India.

I WAS ON THIS WEBSITE FOR LESS THAN 24 HOURS WHEN I FORMED AN INSTANT HATRED TOWARDS THE WEBSITE AND HOW UNORGANIZED AND DIFFICULT IT IS TO USE. I really do NOT want to go about finding a partner (for life) on this website! I DID Google some reviews it was very highly rated!

I should have read the terms and conditions thoroughly so it is partially my fault BUT I cannot believe that any of these terms and conditions would have passed any business regulations! I paid a whopping $118 for the membership! They refused to refund me even though I had NOT viewed any numbers, sent any SMS to any person AND hadn't even used it for 24 hours.

Here are those ridiculous terms:

8. Membership and Money back Guarantee
By registering your profile through any of our domains [Listed in the Annexure] or by the remittance of fees you become a member of BM.
BM offers a 100% refund if members do not get any response within 30 days. To be eligible for the refund, members should fulfill the following:
Upload atleast one photo.
Contact a minimum of 10 members.

Parents and Friends - PLEASE NEVER Ever Create Profile on Bharat Matrimony .

Please do not spend your hard earned MONEY and TIME on any of the Bharat Matrimony sites (i.e keralamatrimony, bengalimatrimony, marathimatrimony, community matrimony etc), ELSE, you might be losing the BEST and GENUINE profiles on the other sites like Jeevansati / Shaadi.com.

REMEMBER TIME LOST IS OPPORTUNITY LOST

BharatMatrimony (BM) is utter waste site and they have the worst customer care people. I and couple of my close friends have same bad experience that BharatMatrimony is the worst site. Most of the profiles are fake and are managed by BharatMatrimony relationship managers to cheat people and force them to get into paid membership . After becoming free member you will start receiving interests horoscope requestes from Beautiful Handsome High salaried profiles. The trick is that those are managed by the BharatMatrimony relationship managers and you get trapped by going for paid membership. Once you are paid members, then those Beautiful Handsome High salaried profiles will not respond.

Membership rates are too high compared to other sites. You have to wait long even to see a profile photo. Moreover they have slow severs and many times... (Read the full review)

This portal is only for money laundering service.They block the free members interest request so that they can get membership fee. Many duplicate members data base.Many more matrimony sites are available than this to do better service.But portal is good and easy to register what for?
