At first glance, the website has a clear, user-friendly lay out which makes it easy to navigate. The registration process is comprehensive, but long. However, more detailed questions can be skipped and filled in at a later date, making the initial registration a less daunting experience. Profiles on Shaadi.com can be created by the user looking for a husband/wife, or for their family member or friend to look on their behalf. If you need help when registering or while using the service, your question will almost certainly be answered in the comprehensive help section which has an explanation for all sections of the website. The drawback to all these highlighting tactics is that the costs do add up quickly, and we're not sure how much benefit they actually add. The 'Select Shaadi Service' stands out among the matrimonial websites for providing a personal 'relationship manager' who finds matches. Styled on a traditional matchmaker, this service is the ultimate modern equivalent. Over the phone, the personal relationship manager creates a profile which reflects your personality and interests. They are entrusted with helping you navigate through the millions of member profiles to find a suitable match for you, and regularly consult you to help highlight the most suitable matches and arrange introductions and meetings. If you find that you need more guidance and support when looking for a match, you can request a relationship counselor for support.
